Greetings to all innovation and technology enthusiasts! We are excited to share with you a summary of our journey in the world of software development and cybersecurity.
At the heart of our story are two brilliant minds, Björn Koschel and Stephan Lochner, whose friendship became the seed of edataconsulting. In the early 2000s, Björn, a computer engineer at Lufthansa Technik, and Stephan, an IT consultant at edatasystems, combined their knowledge and experience to bring a new company to life.
As a result, edataconsulting was founded in 2003, with the aim of providing high-quality IT services to aircraft maintenance companies.. An ambitious mission that, two decades later, continues to drive our commitment to excellence.
Back in 2008, Björn decided to make Gran Canaria his home, and that’s how our first headquarters in Spain came to be. It laid the foundation for our current remote working setup, which has turned out to be pretty crucial, especially given the times we are living in.
The journey wasn’t easy. Having barely started, we were forced to face challenges such as global financial crises and fierce competition, among others. But hey, we take pride in our ability to adapt. Regardless of the obstacles, we managed to diversify our clients base as well as offered services, embrace new methodologies and stay up-to-date with the dynamic pace of the industry trends development.
Throughout our journey, we’ve learned that the key to the success lies in finding the right balance. We have managed to grow while prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction, and at the same time putting an emphasis on the well-being of our team, recognizing them as our most valuable asset. Their welfare remains pivotal to our balanced progress.
Today, we’re filled with gratitude for what we managed to achieve so far and anticipation for what is yet to come. We warmly welcome you to join us, share your experiences, and be a part of the exciting journey ahead.
Welcome to edataconsulting, where evolution is always on the agenda!
